The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

Role Overview

noon Group is seeking an experienced and highly connected Head of Security (Saudi National) to oversee and strengthen our security strategy across the region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Saudi Police, Armed Forces, CID, or other security agencies, and possess strong relationships with key government entities, immigration authorities, and regulatory bodies. This role will be responsible for safeguarding noon’s people, assets, operations, and reputation while driving best-in-class security practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Security Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the Group-wide security strategy, ensuring alignment with noon’s operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and continuously improve emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
Government Relations & Regulatory Engagement
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Saudi Police, CID, immigration authorities, customs, and relevant government entities.
  • Ensure the business remains compliant with Saudi security regulations, reporting standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Facilitate swift resolution of security-related incidents through established government relationships.
  • Proactively identify risks and potential vulnerabilities; implement preventive measures.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Operations to ensure structured incident handling and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, Legal, Logistics, and Customer Support to support secure and compliant business operations.
  • Advise senior leadership on emerging security trends, threats, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support internal stakeholders with immigration- or government-related processes when required.
Qualifications
  • KSA National (Saudi)
  • Previous experience in Saudi Police, Army, CID, or other security forces
  • Strong active network with government/security agencies, immigration, and regulatory bodies
  • Proven leadership experience managing security operations in a large organization
  • Experience in investigations, crisis management, and incident response
Preferred
  • Prior experience working in government or security agencies.
  • Certifications in security management (ASIS, CPP, PSP)
  • Familiarity with regional compliance laws and security best practices
