Job summary

SAB in Riyadh seeks the Head of Risk Management Framework (ORR) to lead the enterprise-wide non-financial risk program and ensure alignment with the Three Lines of Defence model. The role drives risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting across SAB, including insurable risks and PDPL compliance.

The incumbent will chair risk committees, present to the Board, and collaborate with senior leaders to protect value and enable strategic growth within risk appetite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate Operational Risk and Resilience Risk into SAB's Risk Management and Governance processes to align with Basel Committee guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the enterprise-wide non-financial risk framework and ORM/ORR components.
  • Lead CRO updates at the Audit Committee and present papers to the Board and Risk Management Committee.
  • Establish and monitor the Risk Management architecture and processes across SAB; manage insurable risk and data protection requirements.
  • Engage with senior leaders to monitor, analyze, and report risks and align with SAB objectives.
  • Ensure adoption of the Three Lines of Defence model and communicate risk to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate insurable risk policy, insurance coverage reviews, and PDPL compliance with the Data Protection Office.
