Job summary

Lead Playmaker Film Studio is seeking a strategic senior leader to drive the commercial growth of the studio through partnerships, leasing, sponsorships, marketing, and business development. You will maximize studio utilization and build long-term partnerships across film, media and entertainment.

The role requires 12+ years in commercial leadership, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a proven track record in securing strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in commercial, partnerships, business development, or marketing leadership roles.
• Experience within film, media, entertainment, creative industries, sports, or events sectors preferred.
• Proven track record in securing strategic partnerships and commercial revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the studio's commercial and partnership strategy.
• Identify and secure new revenue opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee leasing activities, tenant acquisition, retention, and occupancy performance.
• Drive marketing, communications, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Oversee digital and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and awareness.
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Represent Playmaker Film Studio with industry partners, investors, production companies, and government stakeholders.
