Job summary

TAC is seeking a talented Trade Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create and implement effective trade marketing plans to maximize visibility and impact in the market, working closely with the sales team.

You will analyze market trends, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular insights to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and at least 3 years in trade marketing in FMCG are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the promotional trade marketing calendar aligned with product categories.
• Oversee investments in trade channels and monitor promotional execution with the sales team.
• Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Formulate strategies for revenue growth in sales channels considering portfolio dynamics.
• Monitor the annual budget and track productivity indicators monthly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align trade marketing with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in trade marketing.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management with KPI highlights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retail partners.
• Ensure brand consistency and TAC values across all trade activities.
