Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee control room operations and direct grid and transmission activities for a renewables‑heavy network. You will ensure safe, reliable electric service and lead dispatch, planning and monitoring of energy generation and consumption.

The role requires deep knowledge of power systems, grid operations, and regulatory standards (FERC/NERC). You will supervise staff, develop procedures, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive renewables

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or equivalent.
10+ years in grid operations; 3 at senior level.
Knowledge of power system operation, grid control, renewables.
FERC/NERC/IEEE knowledge.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Leadership and stakeholder collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day grid operations, scheduling, dispatching, and real‑time monitoring of energy generation and consumption.
Develop procedures to ensure grid stability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate renewable energy integration and emergencies; liaise with regulators and stakeholders.
Represent the company in industry groups and regulatory forums; maintain safe operation of power plants and networks.
