Job summary

Sika is undertaking a major strategic investment in Saudi Arabia, constructing a new manufacturing facility and consolidating operations. We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle from concept through handover, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost targets.

The role requires strong technical expertise in industrial construction, PMP certification, 10–12 years of industrial project management experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications in project management, construction management, or engineering disciplines are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of greenfield industrial construction and site consolidation projects.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, operations, procurement, finance, HSE, and quality functions.
• Ensure effective project governance and reporting throughout all project phases.
• Manage all construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and quality objectives, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.
• Lead plant commissioning, start-up, testing, and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate training, documentation, punch-list closure, and final acceptance processes.
