Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Global Implementation Manager for High Voltage Products to lead deployment of product and process changes across our HV manufacturing network.

You will assess operational implications and ensure consistent, efficient implementation across Production Units and Feeder Factories worldwide. Ideal candidates bring deep HV industry experience, strong PLM and SAP skills, and a proven track record in change management within global manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in implementation management or change management in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of operational master data management and related processes.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems and SAP.
• Solid understanding of High Voltage Products and related manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in process management, definition, and standardization.
• Experience in global manufacturing organizations and matrix structures.
• Project management experience and familiarity with established methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives across Production Units and Feeder Factories worldwide.
• Manage the implementation of change notifications from assessment through CRB decisions, communication, deployment and completion.
• Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes, governance structures, and documentation.
• Establish and further develop the global Landscape Implementation Management (LIM) setup and organization.
• Drive global implementation roadmaps, deployment strategies, and project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, R&D, Global Master Data, GPS, and the HVPLM Core Team.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time within scope and quality expectations.
• Provide transparent reporting through defined KPIs, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Promote standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices across the global organization.
• Support the implementation of global operating standards, processes, and digital solutions.
• Define training requirements and coordinate capability-building initiatives for local teams and site leadership.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure long-term adoption of new processes and systems.
