Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least two years of relevant experience and proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage. Indian nationality is preferred; English proficiency is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• English proficiency not required.
• Indian nationality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain proper recordkeeping of all financial documents.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and standards.
