Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks a Geospatial Customer Service Manager to lead a team delivering technical support for geospatial software and solutions.

You will manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and develop procedures to resolve issues. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep geospatial technology knowledge, with collaboration across internal teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geospatial Information or related field.
• ESRI Technical Certification or equivalent geospatial certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience in customer service management or related role, preferably in geospatial industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CSRs delivering technical support for geospatial software and solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement procedures to resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Guide CSR team in resolving technical issues and provide training as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success strategies.
• Stay current with geospatial industry trends and updates.
• Create and maintain documentation for support processes.
• Oversee team performance to meet SLAs.
