Job summary

Master Works is seeking an AI Developer to lead the development of intelligent solutions using Generative AI and advanced analytics. Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in ML/AI roles.
• Strong Python programming (and Java/Scala optional).
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning).
• Experience with TF, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and optimize ML models for real applications.
• Translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy ML models into production with high availability.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Monitor model performance, data drift and retrain as needed.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Ensure models meet reliability, security standards.
• Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B, offline).
• Apply responsible AI, including fairness and governance.
