Job summary

Leidos Arabia LTD seeks a General Manager to lead all Saudi Arabian business activities, reporting to the IOS Division Manager. The GM will oversee personnel, finance, operations, contracting, government relations, business development, and program execution in a diverse, multinational setting.

The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, 12+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ with a Master’s), and cultural adaptability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10+ years of experience.
• 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability are a must.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia and prior country manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Saudi Arabia business activities including personnel, finance, operations, contracting, and program execution.
• Coordinate in-Kingdom HR, accounting, tax, audit, legal, payroll, and banking services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective government relations.
• Support program execution, safety, and risk management.
• Lead a multinational team and foster stakeholder engagement.
