Hiring: General Manager – Operations (GCC)

CTC- 2500 Riyal Per month

Role Summary

Senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end operations and Principal (Brand) management, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business operations and achieve Sales, GP & NP targets in existing and new opportunities.
• Manage Principal relationships, MIS reporting, order placement, and brand compliance
• Oversee supply chain, imports, warehousing & logistics budgets
• Monitor financial performance and control costs
• Ensure HR, admin, and labor law compliance (with local legal & HO HR teams)
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams
