Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group's FCMS division seeks a Quality Assurance Leader to ensure QA activities align with accreditation standards and drive continuous improvement across academic and administrative processes.

You will design QA/QC programs, prepare guidelines and training, supervise implementation of the Quality Management System, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes to relevant bodies, while collaborating with executive authorities.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in quality management or equivalent.

Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance activities at FCMS comply with quality standards set by the accreditation agencies.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Oversee the academic and administrative processes followed at FCMS and identifies quality improvement priorities.
• Designs the quality assurance and quality control programs at various levels.
• Prepares quality guidelines and training workshops for staff and students.
• Guides to the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Reviews reports on the performance indicators and their improvement strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of the Quality Strategic Plan and its progress reports and advice accordingly.
• Advice on performance improvement according to agreed standards.
• Monitors the implementation of the Quality Management System and reports the outcome.
• Reports the quality assurance activities at FCMS to relevant bodies.
• Guides the quality improvement projects in collaboration with the executive authorities.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
