Job summary

Eram Talent seeks an O&M Engineer to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of gas plant and pipeline systems. The role focuses on plant operations, mechanical equipment maintenance, and asset integrity in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting shutdowns and major activities. SAP PM experience is preferred to optimize planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in operations and maintenance of gas plants and pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment (static & rotary).
• Understanding of health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for gas plants and pipeline systems.
• Monitor plant and pipeline performance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintain mechanical equipment including vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors and valves.
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with operations teams, contractors and vendors during maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work orders and technical documentation.
