Qualifications

• Malayalam fluency or Malayalee nationality is required.
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties (lifting, bending, standing).
• Good time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas including offices, common areas, bathrooms and kitchens.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum and disinfect surfaces.
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap and towels.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables following procedures.
• Follow company cleaning standards and policies.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used and maintained properly.
