Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join the Tendem project. You will create high-quality visual assets for real-world use, from social templates to one-pagers, leveraging typography and grids.

This project-based freelance role typically requires 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation up to $45/hour depending on project scope. Requirements include a strong portfolio, 1–2 years of design experience, and English at B2 or higher.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design is a plus.
• Portfolio that shows a wide variety of formats (social posts, marketing collateral, one-pagers).
• Strong typography, grid systems, and visual composition skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for a range of visual tasks.
• CV must include a link to your portfolio.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation of clean layouts, modern infographics, and a clear visual hierarchy.
• Design reusable templates for social channels and impactful one-pagers.
• Elevate materials with advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition.
• Transform raw data into professional visuals tailored to marketing goals.
