Job summary

Group-IB is seeking an Integration Engineer for its Fraud Protection solution, joining a team focused on real-time detection, prevention and combat of fraud. You will design, implement and maintain integrations with anti-fraud systems, collaborating to translate requirements into technical specifications.

The role emphasizes API design, Kubernetes-based troubleshooting, and thorough documentation, with opportunities to grow across global centers and contribute to enterprise cybercrime prevention

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in system/technical analysis, developer, or similar roles.
• Experience in web development is an advantage.
• Strong self-learning skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Experience implementing business tasks into technical products.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical problems during project lifecycle.
• Ability to drive projects with accountability and write technical documentation.
• Familiar with project management best practices and lifecycle.
• Experience with big data engines such as SQL, Elastic, Cassandra, ClickHouse.
• Experience with Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with JSON, XML/XSD including schema creation.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Ability to document requirements using Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience working with processing and risk teams.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain integrations with anti-fraud solutions
• Gather and analyze product requirements from stakeholders, including customers and internal team
• Prepare detailed implementation and integration documentation, including API specifications and technical user stories
• Work closely with technical team, coordinate their efforts in the solution implementation
• Integrate the solution using APIs, ensuring a flexible and seamless integration process
• Conduct session and transaction analysis, utilizing tools like Kubernetes for troubleshooting and monitoring
• Troubleshoot issues as a second line of support, delegating tasks to programmers if necessary
