Job summary

Tabby, based in KSA, seeks an Anti-Fraud Associate to detect, investigate, and report fraudulent activities, ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations. You will develop tools and controls, collaborate with compliant teams, and contribute to fraud framework improvements.

You will monitor transactions, conduct risk assessments, provide training, and stay updated on fraud trends and regulatory changes. This role requires analytical minds, integrity, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years' of experience in fraud investigation, compliance, or risk management.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and fraud detection software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transactions to detect potential fraud or suspicious activities.
• Investigate internal and external fraud incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Develop and implement fraud detection tools, controls, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and IT teams to address fraud risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to internal controls.
• Provide training and awareness programs on fraud prevention for employees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends, tools, and regulatory updates.
• Assist in responding to regulatory audits or inquiries related to fraud.
• Escalate confirmed fraud cases and work on recovery or enforcement actions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
