Job summary

Alghanim Industries - Food and Beverage is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will collaborate across finance and business units to deliver timely insights, ensure accuracy of reports, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance and SOCPA membership.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Management Reporting.
• ACCA/CMA qualification is an advantage.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, costs, and key financial metrics.
• Develop KPI reports and dashboards.
• Prepare presentations for business review meetings.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Assist in contract, tender, and project costing.
• Support product costing and pricing analysis.
• Review business processes and assist in strengthening internal controls.
