Job Responsibilities

• Checks and assigns staff for daily operation
• Organizes and oversees work performance of staff
• Oversees activities relating to landscaping works
• Monitors work progress and oversees personnel safety
• Requests needed materials for the landscaping team
• Ensures discipline and work efficiency for staff under their direct supervision
• Performs all other tasks assigned by superiors
• Coordination with government agencies, utilities providers and engineering consultants to obtain garden/landscape construction permits and others as applicable
• Cooperate and communicate effectively
