AESG is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to deliver high‑quality design and project delivery from our Riyadh office. You will lead fire protection design, reviews, and submissions, writing reports and guiding multidisciplinary teams on FLS and related projects.
The role requires a PE/CFPS/FE/NFPA qualification and a minimum 6 years in fire protection engineering; strong leadership, client liaison, and time‑management skills are essential.

Responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of their teams' operations and performance.
Excellent communication and listening skills. Collaborate on projects, share insights, and coordinate efforts across departments.
Undertake more intricate tasks and projects, applying knowledge to solve practical problems.
Staying informed about the latest developments with industry technological advancements.
Ability to independently represent the company in a client facing role and manage Client satisfaction.
Buy-in to corporate and divisional strategy. Ability to assist various divisions in developing business opportunities.
Monitor progress and time taken to complete tasks to ensure tasks completion stays on track. Balance the time spent on activities, understanding and prioritising the urgency of tasks.
Demonstrated industry experience on a wide range of related project types, proven ability to efficiently manage project deadlines.
Ability to independently manage the delivery of smaller projects ($50k) in a client facing role. Strong knowledge of technical discipline with experience in executing previous projects to a high level of independence.
Commence taking on elements of team management in sub projects. Demonstrable experience in managing a small team of 2 or more, on live projects, or mentoring junior team members / graduates.
Manage commercials on project delivery with support from more senior team members. Assist in creation and delivery of proposals.
Coordinating tasks and solving specific problems within the areas of responsibility.
Actively coordinate efforts to enhance employee experience, such as planning and executing recognition programs, conducting surveys, and organising employee well-being initiatives. Identifies external regulations that can impact the organisation.
