Job summary

Albawani is seeking a Financial Reporting Officer in Riyadh to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure IFRS compliance. The role supports financial analysis, audit coordination, and the preparation of financial statements for senior management.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 2–5 years of relevant experience and a strong IFRS background. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Group Corporate Finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and application.
• Knowledge of general ledger and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support schedules.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Support the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation supporting financial reporting activities.
• Analyze financial data and identify significant variances.
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial performance summaries.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit engagements.

Role Purpose:

The Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The role supports financial analysis, reporting activities, audit requirements, and financial statement preparation to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain the integrity of financial information.
