Job summary

My Clinic KSA is seeking a finance professional to strengthen internal audit readiness and financial reporting for a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enforcing policies, facilitating external and internal audits, and ensuring accurate monthly reporting across VAT, WHT, and statutory accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and be SOCPA registered or pursuing a relevant

• High level of accuracy with numbers and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain and Operations to gather audit evidence.
• Identify control gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct multisite visits to verify policy compliance.
• Liaise with internal audit team for required information.
• Support VAT and WHT filings and statutory reporting.
• Maintain files, records and archiving for audits.

Basic Function:

Financial Reporting Function, ensuring effective financial controls in the business, readiness of Internal and external audit, Dealing with Bankers and Auditors

Job Description:

Internal Audit readiness:

1. Ensure compliance / implement existing& new financepolicies & procedures.
2. Effective communication and follow up with financelinked departments including HR, Supply chain, Operations etc. to ensure sufficient and appropriate evidence are available for internal audit.
3. Support to identify controlgaps / weaknesses and developmitigation strategy and ensure implementation of the same.
4. Perform multisite regularvisit to ensurecompliances with policy& procedures.
5. Liaison with Internal audit team for the information required.
6. Any other assigned tasks.

Financial reporting:

1. Monthly filing of VAT returnin compliance with VAT laws.
2. Monthly filingof WHT return in compliance with WHT laws.
3. Review / check recordmaintenance & archiving of AP / AR vouchers& filing.
4. Review / perform regularchecks on key finance areaslike Capex, AP, AR.
5. Maintain different schedules / detailsof financial statements area for Management Pack and external audit readiness.
6. Develop a monthlyreporting package for all financial statement areas.
7. Develop a monthly Balancesheet pack for Management and Shareholders review.
8. Support in liaison with external partiesincluding bankers, legal advisors.
9. Support in compliance with legal requirements e.g. Zakat / VAT/ TP / Companylaw.
10. Support in company secretarial practices.
11. Support to ensure properbooks of accountsare available for auditing purposes.
12. Liaison with external auditorsand management for preparation of statutory accountsand information required for completion of audit.
13. Support in organizing quarterly inventory stock counts.
14. Responsible for bookkeeping and audit of foreign entity (BMEH2).
15. Any other task assigned

Essential / Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
• Years of Experience : 5 – 7 years in the related experience
• SOCPA registered and studying for a relevant accounting qualification
• High level of accuracy with numbers and calculations
