Overview

The Financial Director is responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, governance, and performance, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and supporting sustainable business growth.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with the Saudi regulatory requirements, including Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and ZATCA (where applicable).

  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.

  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and the board.

  • Oversee audits, regulatory reporting, and relationships with external auditors and banks.

  • Support funding activities, investor relations, and board-level reporting.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.


Requirements


  • Saudi National.


Education & Certification


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.

  • Master’s degree is an advantage.


Experience


  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.

  • Experience in regulated or corporate environments within Saudi Arabia.

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and reporting standards.
