Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Director to lead the Finance Department, drive financial strategy, strengthen corporate governance, and support the company's sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise, strategic business acumen, and strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience in corporate financing, banking relationships, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Department, ensuring operational efficiency and high team performance.
• Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls, and financial risk management.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, credit facilities, and liquidity.
• Oversee investor relations and provide financial insights to executive management and the Board of Directors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, financial performance, and profitability.
• Oversee financial controls related to auctions, tenders, contracts, collections, and financial guarantees.
• Support strategic investments, business expansion, and key financial decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including proven leadership and team management responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge and practical application of IFRS.
• Strong experience in corporate governance, financial controls, and risk management.
• Proven experience in banking, corporate financing, and credit facilities.
• Experience in investor relations and board-level financial reporting.
• Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Experience in auctions, tenders, or contract-based businesses is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

نسعى لاستقطاب مدير مالي يتمتع بخبرة مهنية وقيادية متميزة لتولي المسؤولية الكاملة عن الإدارة المالية، وقيادة الاستراتيجية المالية، وتعزيز الحوكمة والرقابة الداخلية، وإدارة العلاقات المصرفية والتمويلية وعلاقات المستثمرين، بما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية والنمو المستدام للشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• قيادة الإدارة المالية والإشراف على أعمالها وتطوير الفريق ورفع كفاءة الأداء.
• إعداد الاستراتيجيات والخطط المالية والموازنات والتوقعات المستقبلية.
• الإشراف على التقارير والقوائم المالية وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية (IFRS).
• تطوير منظومة الحوكمة المالية والرقابة الداخلية وإدارة المخاطر.
• إدارة العلاقات مع البنوك والمؤسسات التمويلية والتسهيلات الائتمانية والسيولة.
• إدارة علاقات المستثمرين وإعداد التقارير المالية للإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة.
• الإشراف على التدفقات النقدية ورأس المال العامل وتحليل الأداء المالي والربحية.
• إدارة الجوانب الرقابية والمالية المرتبطة بالمزادات والمناقصات والعقود والتحصيلات والضمانات.
• دعم القرارات الاستثمارية والتوسعية وتقديم التوصيات المالية الاستراتيجية.

المؤهلات والخبرات

• بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة، ويفضل الماجستير.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال المالي، تتضمن خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة الفرق المالية.
• معرفة متقدمة وتطبيق عملي للمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS).
• خبرة في الحوكمة والرقابة الداخلية وإدارة المخاطر.
• خبرة قوية في التمويل والعلاقات المصرفية والتسهيلات الائتمانية.
• خبرة في علاقات المستثمرين والتقارير المالية لمجالس الإدارة.
• يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA).
• تعتبر الخبرة في المزادات أو المناقصات أو إدارة العقود ميزة إضافية.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
