A leading business consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support strategic investment decisions and ensure financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 8-12 years of relevant experience, particularly in external auditing and managing accounting operations within joint-stock companies. Strong skills in Zakat, VAT, and financial modeling are essential for this pivotal mid-senior level role. Immediate Saudi nationals are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience, preferably in external auditing.
• Current or previous finance manager role.
• Prior experience with joint-stock companies and IPO readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support investment decisions, capital expenditures, and business cases.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide management reports and performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relations.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Review and close monthly and annual accounts.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audits.
• Maintain chart of accounts and accounting policies.
