We are seeking a Finance Manager to join Saudi Bridge. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, overseeing project financials, and laying the foundations of the finance department.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building systems, working closely with leadership, and managing finance in a project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end financial operations (invoicing, payments, expenses, collections)
  • Own project financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants
  • Ensure financial compliance and proper documentation
  • Support contract financial terms and milestone-based payments
  • Build and document internal finance processes and controls
  • Support the gradual build-out of the finance department
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
  • Experience with project-based financial management
  • Exposure to government or semi-government projects is a strong plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
