The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in accounting or finance, professional certification, and 3–5 years in a finance leadership role, preferably in real estate. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• SOCPA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Finance Manager; real estate sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring effective cost management and financial planning.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports per applicable standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and resolution of findings.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and studies to support management decisions.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team to achieve objectives and high performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as Finance Manager role.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
