Job summary

Coefftalent is seeking a Finance Manager for a permanent, onsite role in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the JV's financial management, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control, partnering with the Plant Operations Head and leadership team.

The role requires 10–15 years in Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, and experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or oil & gas environments. IFRS compliance and ERP collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Preferred qualifications include CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance.
• 10–15 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee product costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Monitor cash flow requirements and liquidity.

Role Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall financial management of the JV, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, effective budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, compliance, and business performance analysis. The role will act as a strategic business partner to the Plant Operations Head and leadership team by providing financial insights that support operational efficiency, profitability, working capital optimization, investment decisions, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educational & Experience requirements
