Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a 1-year fixed-term engagement based in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on hands-on training for fresh graduates, enabling practical skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support of our equipment.

Key responsibilities include on-site repair, administrative duties, and active participation in scheduled trainings, with extensive travel and a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Associate’s degree in a technical field from an accredited university/college.
• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years' experience in field services or power generation.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams and English/Arabic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work with and adhere to technical instructions and internal processes for on-site repair and maintenance.
• Perform administrative tasks such as timely timesheets, expense reports, and documenting work in systems.
• Attend and complete all scheduled training courses.
• Promote customer satisfaction through high quality and safety awareness.
• Maintain safety standards to meet GE Vernova requirements.
• Travel extensively to projects and field assignments; supervise tasks performed by suppliers when needed.
