Job summary

Badger Meter is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and office-based support, installing, commissioning, calibrating, troubleshooting and maintaining Badger Meter products and solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, clear communication, and the ability to service customers in the field.

Responsibilities include collaborating with commercial teams, conducting site surveys, providing training to partners and end users, and maintaining thorough field documentation

Qualifications

• Experience with Saudi Arabia water utilities, contractors, or industrial clients is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of metering technologies (Flow & Energy), water quality sensors and network monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols: Modbus RS485, HART, Mbus, NB-IoT etc.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Willingness to learn new products and solutions.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission flow meters, water quality sensors, smart covers, network monitoring systems, leak detection solutions, and related software integrations.
