Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Field Operator to join our team within the Water treatment plant . As a Field Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operations of various equipment in the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring field equipment, including pumps, compressors, and valves.
• Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnosing and addressing operational issues as they arise.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Documenting and reporting any equipment failures or safety concerns.
• Collaborating with team members to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
