Job summary

Baker Hughes in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Operator to manage coil tubing operations and support field interventions. You will monitor performance, maintain CT equipment, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with supervisors and crew on site.

Required 3–5 years CT experience, ability to work remote locations and rotating shifts, and a high school diploma. Training and mentorship for junior operators are part of the role.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
3–5 years of Coil Tubing operations experience.
Proven experience in well intervention and CT services.
Strong knowledge of CT equipment, pressure control, and pumping systems.
H2S and First Aid certifications preferred.
Ability to work in remote locations and rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

Operate coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations.
Execute pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, acidizing, and other CT interventions.
Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations at well sites.
Monitor job parameters and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coil tubing strings and pressure control equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CT equipment.
Maintain accurate job reports, logs, and operational records.
Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Identify operational risks and take corrective actions when required.
Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Level 1 and Level 2 Operators.
Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, and other crew members for smooth job execution.

As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for:

Have a minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Have a minimum 3–5 years of experience in Coil Tubing operations.
Proven experience in well intervention and CT services.
Strong knowledge of CT equipment, pressure control, and pumping systems.

Ability to work in remote locations and rotational shifts
