Job summary

Red Sea Global's Botanica seeks a field operations supervisor to coordinate daily field activities, oversee maintenance, irrigation support, soil media operations, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across large-scale landscapes.

You will plan manpower, equipment, and materials, monitor field performance, manage inventory movements, and collaborate with Nursery, Landscape, and Irrigation teams to deliver timely, cost-efficient project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in field operations, nursery operations, landscaping, agriculture, or a related operational environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing field teams, resources, and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations and site maintenance activities, ensuring all operational areas are organized, clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Manage routine maintenance activities, including weeding, pruning, cleaning, irrigation support, and general upkeep to maintain high operational standards.
• Monitor plant health and quality, identifying pest and disease issues and implementing corrective and preventive control measures in coordination with relevant teams.
• Oversee inventory movements by supervising receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accurate stock records and timely availability of resources.
• Coordinate soil media and growing material operations, including raw material sourcing, soil mixing, quality control, and distribution to operational areas.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, vehicles, and materials effectively to ensure operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
