Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. seeks an experienced Engine/Drivetrain Mechanic for field and sustainment maintenance of MH-60R helicopters in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include complex helicopter mechanical work on engines, power plants, transmissions, rotors, and flight controls; troubleshooting and depot-level maintenance as authorized; and on-the-job training for Saudi technicians. The role requires an A&P or equivalent qualification, HUMS/IMDS knowledge, and the ability to obtain required

Qualifications

• 8 years current or previous experience performing complex helicopter mechanical work
• verifiable experience maintaining H-60 aircraft
• Clearance: NAC(T3) Background Investigation and drug test

Responsibilities

• Perform complex helicopter mechanical work including maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies and LRUs of MH-60R power plant related systems
• Perform fuel cell maintenance, tail rotor breakdown and rigging, tail drive shaft removal and shimming
• Use IMDS/HUMS vibration diagnostic system to make adjustments to vibration diagnostics
• Disassemble, repair, rig, rework, reassemble, install and test power plant, transmission, rotor and flight control components
• Troubleshoot, fault detect and perform corrective actions on power plant related systems and subsystems
• Perform depot-level maintenance and power plant depot-level maintenance when authorized
• Operate and maintain ground support equipment and maintain records per directives including NAMP
• Provide On-the-Job-Training for Saudi technicians and maintain training records
