Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking customer-focused field engineers to kick start their careers in a high-performing team. You will work with customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of engineering products on construction sites.

Required is a Bachelors degree in Civil engineering, 3–5 years of construction experience, sales orientation, and excellent English communication. Strong organizational skills and a solution-focused mindset are essential.

We’re looking for customer-focused field engineers to kick start their careers in a high-performing team, in this role you’ll be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of engineering products.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will be educating key influencers in construction projects on the advantages and value of Hilti products, with a view to securing their specifications in the design phase. You will be visiting job sites to provide solutions, and identify opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions and support, and adding value through the use of Hilti products.

What You’ll Bring

A Bachelors degree in Civil engineer

Sales oriented, with experience working in technical engineering.

Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English - written and verbal.

Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively.

A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals.

3 - 5 years of experiences in construction
