Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and application support for diagnostic and laboratory products
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and inspection of equipment
• Train customers on the proper use and handling of laboratory instruments
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on technical needs
• Prepare technical reports and required documentation
• Support the Technical Services Manager and collaborate with service engineers
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain laboratory expertise through continuous training

Requirements
