MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced Facility Management Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of building facilities and mechanical systems.

The role requires leading maintenance teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to HSE standards while optimizing costs and uptime across all building services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Facility Management and building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, plumbing, and general building services.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements and facility management procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day facility management and maintenance activities.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
• Monitor performance and condition of mechanical equipment and building systems.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with standards, procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, service reports, and documentation.
• Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and facility-related issues.
• Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts, manpower, and other requirements.
• Prepare regular facility management and maintenance reports for management.
• Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
