A leading global law firm in Riyadh is seeking a Legal Secretary to support fee earners and manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will have a University Degree and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing travel, and providing administrative support. This role is crucial for fostering positive working relationships across the firm and demands strong IT and organizational skills. Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.

The Legal Secretary (LSS) will work as part of a team, supporting fee earners and managing priorities.
The role of Executive Secretary requires daily collaboration with the Office Manager, fee earners, and other team members.
A key aspect of the role will be to foster positive and collaborative working relationships with the Management team and staff from all departments in Riyadh. Additionally, this collaborative approach will extend to building a network across all regions.
The focus of the role may shift over time depending on the needs of the team of fee earners. However, the Executive Secretary will be expected to perform tasks in the following key areas:
