Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking an Executive Lounge Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Executive Lounge, delivering elevated experiences for VIP guests.

You will supervise service standards, mentor a hospitality team, ensure cleanliness and safety, and maintain a warm, light-filled atmosphere that reflects Hilton's values.

This role requires a passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional guest care in a premium hotel setting in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Experience managing executive lounges or VIP hospitality services.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to uphold brand standards and health/safety compliance.
• Fluent communication in English; Arabic a plus.
