Big Fish Consult is helping a leading Real Estate Developer in Jeddah to recruit a senior operations leader. The role requires overseeing a large development portfolio, directing a team of up to 10 direct reports, and ensuring daily operations run with high efficiency.

You will manage asset portfolios across buildings, infrastructure and public areas, lead service delivery for Safety, Security, FM, Maintenance and Cleaning, and maintain governance with health and safety compliance.

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a large development area.
• Asset management across buildings, infrastructure and public areas.
• Experience with bidding and tender processes.
• Oversee service delivery from Safety, Security, FM, Maintenance and Cleaning.
• Strong contract management to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate with government authorities and external stakeholders.
• Produce high-level reporting for the executive team.
• Understand governance and Health and Safety compliance.

• Managing a team of up to 10 Direct Reports
• Oversee and accountability for the day-to-day Operations on a large Development area ensuring high level of operational efficiency
• Operational management of all assets across the portfolio including: buildings, infrastructure and public areas
• An understanding of the bidding and tender process for multiple suppliers
• Overseeing Service Delivery from Safety, Security, FM, Maintenance and Cleaning Services
• Strong contract management knowledge to meet Service Level Standards (SLA) and operational KPIs
• Communicate with government authorities and external stakeholders to meet operational requirements
• High level reporting required, delivered to the Executive leadership team
• Understand governance and compliance and Health and Safety
