Job summary

A leading technology service provider is looking for an Executive Assistant in Riyadh to support Country Managers and Regional Commercial Directors. You will manage diaries, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure effective communication within the team. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and exceptional organizational abilities. This position involves attending meetings and preparing presentations. Competitive salary aligned with local standards is offered.

Qualifications

Job description
What You Will Do:
  • Provide daily confidential support to Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.

  • Manage Diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors as well as travel arrangements.

  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.

  • Manage other e-mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.

  • Support the Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors in setting up the town halls or events, either live or virtually and drive the communication.

  • Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.

  • Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.

  • Complete monthly expense report for Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.

  • Coordinate on the office management tasks for Riyadh office

What You Need
  • Educational degree in a relevant field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

  • Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Time Management skills

  • Ability to work independently

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
