Job summary

A leading medical technology firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional in Riyadh. In this role, you will provide confidential support to senior management, manage diaries, and coordinate travel arrangements. You will collaborate with stakeholders on communication materials and organize events while ensuring compliance with financial procedures. The ideal candidate will possess an educational background in a relevant field and have at least three years of experience in a similar role, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily confidential support to Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.
  • Manage diary, emails, and travel arrangements for Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.
  • Collaborate on newsletter content with stakeholders.
  • Attend and minute important meetings, prepare plans and presentations.

Job description
What You Will Do:
  • Provide daily confidential support to Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.

  • Manage Diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors as well as travel arrangements.

  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.

  • Manage other e-mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.

  • Support the Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors in setting up the town halls or events, either live or virtually and drive the communication.

  • Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.

  • Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.

  • Complete monthly expense report for Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.

  • Coordinate on the office management tasks for Riyadh office

What You Need
  • Educational degree in a relevant field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

  • Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Time Management skills

  • Ability to work independently
