Job summary

A leading electric vehicle manufacturer is seeking a Finance Leader to oversee financial planning and analysis in their manufacturing plant. This role involves acting as a business partner to plant operations and engineering, managing shop-wise cost centers, and ensuring cost efficiency. Candidates should have 15-20 years of manufacturing finance experience, ideally in the automotive sector, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills. A CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance is required.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with at least 5 years in plant controlling.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Prior experience in automotive or EV industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to Plant Director and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Manage detailed shop-wise cost centers and implement standard costing.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs with financial impact analysis.
