Responsibilities

• Define a vision and derive strategic and operative objectives.
• Develop appropriate performance indicators for Service and Parts.
• Negotiate with vendors and regional industry leaders to improve cost structure.
• Monitor KPI's daily for each AM and PAC in region.
• Maintain proper expense controls to stay within budget.
