Job summary

Samara is seeking a skilled estimator in Jeddah to accurately assess repair costs for damaged vehicles within the Workshop department. The role involves communicating with customers, technicians, and insurance companies to ensure cost-effective repairs and timely approvals.

The ideal candidate has automotive training, 4–5 years of estimating experience, and fluency in Arabic and English, with strong data analysis and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Automotive diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in repair estimating or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• MS Office proficiency and computer literacy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair terminology and safety practices.
• GCSEs or equivalent including Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding repair status and costs.
• Inspect vehicles to assess repair feasibility and cost.
• Prepare repair estimates based on customer input.
• Coordinate with insurance companies on estimates and claims.
• Follow up with customers for approvals.

Main Job Purpose

Responsible for estimating the cost of repairing damaged vehicles.

Accountabilities

• Communicating with customers regarding repair status and answering any questions they may have about their vehicle or repair process.
• Inspecting vehicles to determine their condition and whether they can be repaired at a reasonable cost.
• Preparing estimates for repairs based on customer input, including any special requests or requirements.
• Communicating with insurance companies regarding the repair process and estimated costs, as well as handling claims processing.
• Misuse Estimation, follow up with Customers and get approvals.

Qualification

• Education and Certification Requirements Automotive diploma or equivalent
• 4 – 5 Years of Experience in same scope
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Computer Skills MS Office Suite
