Job summary

Ssc Hr is seeking a hands-on ERP Program Manager to support the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, focused on Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and infrastructure carve-out activities.

You will lead governance across multiple workstreams, coordinate with system integrators and business teams, and present updates to steering committees and senior management. Strong stakeholder management and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 3–4 large-scale ERP programs.
• At least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
• Oil & Gas or asset-intensive industries preferred.
• Strong governance and delivery oversight experience.
• Exposure to infrastructure transition or carve-out projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end governance of ERP and infrastructure programs.
• Manage program delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with system integrators and business teams for alignment.
• Prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management.
• Oversee budget tracking, risk management, and vendor performance.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Support basic change management activities when required.
