Baker Hughes is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Experienced Professional - Fixed Facilities in Saudi Arabia. The role supports a strong health and safety culture, with responsibilities spanning risk assessment, incident investigations, and program implementation across plant operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EH&S in oil & gas or power sectors, NEBOSH certification, and the ability to lead teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certification preferred.
• Familiar with Rig Aramco HSE Requirements.
• Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering background and mindset.
• Ability to promote an HSE culture across teams.
• Demonstrates interpersonal leadership in daily operations.
• Team player in collaborative environments.

• Packaging and assembling gas turbines and compressors.
• Performing critical lifting and rigging operations.

Partner with the best

In this role, you will implement and enforce occupational health and safety programs to prevent workplace accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires advanced risk assessment, incident investigation, and the continuous cultivation of a safety-first culture.

As a Manufacturing Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging and assembling gas turbines and compressors.
• Performing critical lifting and rigging operations.
• Conducting pressure testing on equipment and systems.
• Ensuring process safety standards are applied.
• Carrying out Bow-Tie risk assessments.
• Maintaining environmental compliance in all activities.

Fuel your Passion
