ConFlip is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah. You will greet customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and guide them through the purchase process with accuracy and courtesy. This is a full‑time entry level position offering a salary of 1800 USD per month plus commission on sales.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic; other languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
