Role Summary

We are seeking 1 2 experienced Enterprise Architects to support our client's digital transformation journey through comprehensive and structured enterprise architecture services.

The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in designing, governing, and evolving architecture frameworks in alignment with national and international standards, particularly the Saudi National Enterprise Architecture Framework (NORA) and policies issued by the Digital Government Authority (DGA).

Key Responsibilities

Develop AS-IS and TO-BE models across business, data, application, and technology domains.

Operate and enhance enterprise architecture tools (e.g., BizzDesign).

Ensure strategic alignment between enterprise architecture and organizational goals.

Design meta-models, architecture frameworks, and visual dashboards.

Ensure full compliance with national enterprise architecture guidelines (e.g., NORA, DGA policies).

Lead stakeholder workshops and deliver training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience inenterprise architecture methodologies and practices.

Proficiency with enterprise architecture platforms andmodeling tools.

Stronganalytical thinking, documentation, and communication capabilities.

Arabic language proficiency is required.

Demonstrated experience working withKSA standardsrelated toEnterprise Architecture, includingNORA,BizzDesign,DGA compliance, andnational digital transformation programs.

Familiarity withinternational frameworks and standardssuch as:

TOGAF,ITIL,COBIT

ISO 9001,CMMI

Emerging technologies and domains such asAIandblockchain

Experience in government or public sector digital transformation projects is a plus.

Additional Information

Saudi nationality is not required.
